With over 25 years of experience as a Physical Education teacher, Athletic Director, and event-management professional, my life has always revolved around movement, leadership, and helping others reach their potential. I am also a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, a Nutrition Coach with AssociatesMD, and a wellness educator who has guided individuals through natural weight-loss processes, GLP-1 programs, and breakthroughs in functional movement.
But Mindful Movements for Life was born from something deeper — my own return to health.
After years of putting everyone else first, I reached a point where I knew I needed to reclaim my body, my breath, and my energy. Through yoga, strength training, and intentional lifestyle shifts, I lost over 100 pounds and rebuilt not only my physical health, but also my inner landscape.
It was within that transformation that I discovered my true calling:
to help others strengthen their spirit, reset their nervous system, and cultivate changes that genuinely last.
Today, Mindful Movements for Life isn’t just a space for yoga or fitness — it’s a community. A place where people learn to tune back into themselves, build consistency, and reconnect with their purpose. I honor each person’s journey with compassion, structure, and truth, teaching them how to move, breathe, and live in a way that supports long-term wellness.
This is more than a program.
